Bike help! (the motorized kind)

Anything else goes here. Keep it clean, keep it decent. Topics way off the norms will get deleted. Do not abuse the freedom :)

BTW there is a rule that a new vehicle should be registered within a month of buying it, so a temporary no. is valid for a month only. You might have problems during registering your P220. I hope you have done your research about this before buying. you might have to grease some palms cause frankly you have broken some rules one of them being the vehicle is bought in someone else's name and will be registered in another's name unless you are having it registered in the first owners name and then transferred to your name.

@carpediem: all taken care of, my man. Yes, getting it registered in the first owner's name and then transferred. Paying a fine of around 560 or so.

Hijacking this :D. Between the duke 200 with pillion comfort thrown under the wheels, reliability/waitlisting issues with RE and inspiration drawn from this post, I finally bit the bullet(no pun intended) and bought a karizma. Thanks to htedum for the help in picking up this bike and guiding me what to look for in a bike etc etc and also to abhi for his advice on rims and timing chain.

Congrats. Btw piece of advice, for any spares of the ZMA dont buy OEM parts like brake pads, clutch plates, bushings. There are cheaper and better alternatives available. I owned a ZMA for 3 yrs before the Duke. Pm for any help.

Awesome. Already been reading about unicorn brake pads etc.. and just replaced a huge list of parts. Will take your help when something goes wrong next. Thanks! :)
