Rajesh taught us this before the last TFN, and it was fun to do. Nice video explains it well.

I saw the Team Spectrum people talking about a double paceline, is that the same thing?

I've done a few rotating pacelines out here--definitely fun, and the focus, trust and communication really bonds the group.

This needs practice, lots of it. Lets try it next week :) Again!
With hardly a sec or second in the front to pull, you will be moving in excess of 40 with no major effort.
