To lose weight by replacing one meal of the day with a shake, try this - http://www.teambeachbody.com/nutrition-shake/shakeology

From what I read, creatine is used to improve maximum explosive power of the body by increasing concentration of ATP in the muscles
This will help at activities like sprinting and powerlifting when you go all out for a few seconds
It also isnt taken for more than 2 months at a time

Do any other sportsmen also endorse such products....
I don't mind coming to work, but this 6-hour wait to get back on the bike is irritating.

If endorsements by sportsmen carried any weight, I suggest we all take to drinking Boost three times a day.

Then all the single men on this forum will just sit around riding roadsters sipping coffee and giving lifts to gorgeous ladies!

Right Cowzilla? :p

World No 1? In what way? The same way McDonalds is world No 1 in burger sales? It is basically vitamins and minerals. You can get tablets that provide the same stuff for a quarter of the price.
