Thanks doc! I am going to do some purchases. I badly need shoes. Enough of SPD vs Road, I am going with SPD.

Check Evans too before buying. With the free shipping, it works out cheaper there sometimes.

Can anyone share the shoe sizing chart EU/US/INDIA Shimano?

I don't mind taking the risk of ordering shoes and pedals. I know normal shoe size and cycle shoe size there will be a difference.

Do indian credit cards work on this site? I ordered something from Pbikes but Indian CC didnt work so had to ask the US office to procure and ship it to me.

Try out shoes here from friends and decide. I wear a 45 Shimano, 44 Scott. You are welcome to come and try if you are in that ballpark figure.

Too complicated. Road shoes - I wear 45 Sidi Megas, used to have a pair of 45.5 Nikes; MTBs - I wear a 46 Specialized and a 45 Cannondale. I recently got a pair of Pearl Izumu 45.5s and they are too small, despite all sizing charts putting them as being equivalent to 45.5 Sidis (I need atleast a 46.5). Width also matters. No Shimano fits my feet, period.

Moral - hard to say.

My sneakers are US 9 Eur 42.5 , currently use a shoe for cycling which has a thin hard sole says size 41.

Deepak Thanks for the offer but I will float in your shoe.

I think I need to try 41- 43.

Doc, any idea how many days the sale is on for? I'm planning to upgrade my fork (and finally buy tubes for those tyres you sold me). I just need to know exactly how long I can dilly-dally.

EDIT: Just worked out that it's a clearance sale. Thanks, caffeine.

Is there anyone in Pune who can help me with shoe sizing? Mine is 9 so it should come to 43. However past reading some comments, I am bit skeptical. Any help folks?

Here are mine interest:

Cheaper here. VAT is removed after you put in basket and choose India as destination.

Edit: Look at the M 123 at CRC. Far better and only a few pounds more

I've got M076 in size 42, if you wanna to try. The commonly available sizes start from 44, so it will be difficult to find a 43 in local shops. In fact some of them had a pair of 41s lying around, but no 42 or 43.

LT,

It does not get stuck in customs, but the postman/courier guy wil collect the duty from you. He will give you the receipt from the customs dept if any duty has been levied.

On looking at this thread, I just realized that my shoes are screwed up from my last fall
The funny thing is that there is a hole on the right side of the shoe upto the socks but still no mark on my skin anywhere????

Bottomline is that I need a new pair of shoes...

Cheers
