Mongoose CrossWay 250 / Rock Machine Crossride 125

I am based in Chandigarh and i have been searching for a commute bike from a month.
I had zeroed on at Schwinn Searcher, but its not available with track and trail.

Now out of available bikes,
I am looking to buy Mongoose CrossWay 250 http://www.trackandtrail.in/Mongoose-20 ... way250.asp
But size available is M and my height is 5'10" - 5-11" weight ~80 kg.
Would not 'M' size be a bit small for me?

Other bike i am considering is Rock Machine Crossride 125 20" http://www.rockmachine.us/archive/cn/crossride-125 Which is priced at <14K
But as i have not found any reviews about it online, I am bit skeptic.

If i am not convinced by these two, i was considering to simply buy a BSA Mach 22" ( as it can be easily sold in chandigarh afterwards) and wait for some better alternatives later on.

I can't exceed my budget from 15K
Please share your suggestions.

I have bought Rock Machine Crossride 125 finally
Costed me 12500 Without accessories.

the seat/saddle angle seems to be wrong. you are putting more pressure on your palms. just my thoughts.
